During Tuesday night's game in Montreal, the Ottawa Senators resident pest, Jarkko Ruutu, decided to introduce his elbow to the face of the Canadiens Maxim Lapierre. Observe ...
So, will the NHL's long arm of the law, Colin Campbell, respond with a suspension? Ruutu obviously has quiet a reputation around the league, and it's doubtful that he gets the benefit of the doubt here. I'm going to guess that he gets, oh, I don't know ... a game.

My guess is no games. The NHL has been very consistent in their inconsistency.

well 2 games it is. lucky for Ruutu Max walked away from it. Getting injured seems to be the criterai for suspensions these days. I think. Maybe.

should have been 3 to 5 games.
It was clearly an intent to injure.
Nasty elbow to the head
Montreal player was correct for going after him.
Ruutu is a bum
