What a difference three games makes. On January 2, Alex Burrows was buried on the list of goal-scoring leaders for the Vancouver Canucks, sitting in seventh place with 10 goals. A week later, he's tied for second on the team with 17 thanks to a three-game stretch that's seen him fill back of the net seven times, including hat tricks in back-to-back games.

On Thursday, Burrows scored three goals in Vancouver's 4-0 win against Phoenix (Roberto Luongo made 31 saves for the shutout) just 48 hours after he recorded a hat trick in a 7-3 romp over the Columbus Blue Jackets.
